From Zhejiang to kitchens around the world
It began with the coating. The first Carote pans used a nonstick surface free from PFAS, PTFE, PFOA and PFOS, and they came in colors you would actually want to keep on the counter.
From there the range grew around real cooking: a mineral ceramic line for the gentlest jobs, a white granite line for daily all-purpose use, a titanium line for heavier searing, and a stainless line with no coating at all.
We kept adding the details that make everyday easier: cool-touch handles, detachable handles that click off so pots store flat, and pieces that work on induction, gas, electric and ceramic.
Today Carote is sold in kitchens around the world. The brief has not changed: make the pan you reach for every day safe, easy, and worth keeping out.
